I commented in my equivalent post last season how rare an opening day victory has been for the Baggies in the last few decades, and a year later we get another one!

And so the season comes to an end with another disappointing result for the Baggies, conceding twice in the last twenty minutes to lose a game they had largely controlled up to that point.
What has been a painful run-in for Baggies fans will finally come to an end on Sunday at the Liberty Stadium in Swansea, but while the hosts have secured their Premier League survival, the prize money based on where each club finishes means that there is still plenty to play for.
